Our testing principles

We assess each hosting provider using consistent criteria: performance, real cost, support, ease of use, security and suitability for Australian users.

Levels of evidence

We clearly distinguish long-term first-hand use, structured hands-on testing and researched product information. We do not present a researched provider as personally tested.
